This brochure brings together 13 nature experiences in Nyborg Municipality. The 13 experiences are suitable for a good walk. Nyborg Municipality is rich in a unique interplay between the many natural areas, protected landscapes and rich cultural heritage that are characteristic of the region. This brochure is intended as an invitation to use nature, green spaces and the cultural landscape for experiences and recreation for body and soul. Experience the magnificent view of the Great Belt or the adventurous atmosphere in a quiet valley with flowing water, where the watermill has been the focal point for centuries.

Black Clover Path

The Black Clover Path of 33.5 km takes you around the scenic landscape in and around Nyborg, which offers coastline, villages and beautiful scenery. The route is 33.5 km which makes it ideal for a bike ride or a long walk.

Book: 117 Fine Fishing Spots

117 Fine Fishing Spots is Denmark's best-selling fishing book. It contains all the information you need to have a successful sea trout fishing trip. Among other things, good advice on gear, fishing rules, wind, season and not least the precise locations, maps and depth curves at 117 fishing spots on Funen, Langeland and Ærø.

Foredrag 4 – FREMTIDSFULDMAGT OG VÆRGEMÅL

Hverdagen med demens - foredrag for pårørende og andre interesserede. Når et menneske får konstateret en demenssygdom, kan der opstå situationer, som er vanskelige at tackle for både personen med demens, familien og det øvrige netværk. Derfor afholder Kerteminde og Nyborg Kommuner i samarbejde med Alzheimerforeningen Fyn, Ældre Sagen, Klubbens venner og Nyborg Seniorråd fire åbne foredrag for alle interesserede. De fire foredrag har hver deres tema, og et foredrag kan godt stå alene. Du er selvfølgelig også velkommen til at købe billet til alle fire foredrag og få alle informationer med. Hvis du vil med til flere foredrag, skal du købe billet til hver enkelt. Du skal være opmærksom på, at foredragene afholdes på forskellige lokationer. The tour proposals have been prepared by Jens Erik Larsen, who has many years of experience. The tour proposals describe in a poetic way the landscape and the sights one sees on the tour. The book contains descriptions of the tour proposals in Danish, English and German as well as overview maps of routes and sights. The tours can be used as day trips or put together for a cycling holiday of the length that suits you. The card and book are printed on durable and waterproof stone paper - a material that folds easily and is completely unaffected by moisture and rain.

Guided trip to Sprogø and Nyborg

Sprogø: A Historical Island with a Unique Past Embark on a captivating journey to Sprogø, one of Denmark's most intriguing small islands. Steeped in history, Sprogø has served as a fortress, a haven for preserved nature, and a home to a group of "unruly girls." Its connection to Nyborg is both historical and geographical, linked by the Great Belt Bridge. To conclude this exceptional excursion, we'll embark on a guided walking tour through Nyborg's historic center, culminating with a visit to the remarkable 17th-century Borgmestergården. Experience Sprogø on foot with VisitNyborg's guided tours. Practical Information: Restrooms are not available on Sprogø. Our exploration takes place entirely outdoors on Sprogø, excluding access to the Pigehjemmet (Girls' Home). Participants must be able to walk as the tours are not suitable for those with mobility impairments. Mountain bike day pass for Æbleskoven trails

Go for a mountain bike ride in Æbleskoven A medium-difficulty singletrack with high intensity, flow, drops and a very steep descent. The challenges are here, but can still be mastered by most people if they are in good shape. Read more about the trail here. The trail is a fee-paying trail operated by Nyborg Cykle Klub. It costs 25 DKK for a day pass. Can be paid with MobilePay 43470 directly on site or purchased here, where payment can be made by credit and debit card. The day pass must be shown on request, either as a printout or via a mobile phone. If you want to ride Æblesporet more often, you can buy an annual license through Nyborg Cykle Klub. Then you get a license tag to put on your handlebars. Please contact VisitNyborg for questions regarding the purchase of day passes. Please understand that Nyborg Cykle Klub is a club with limited contact options.

Welcome to Nyborg - bus trip for newcomers

Welcome to Nyborg Municipality! We are delighted to welcome you and your family to our community. To help you get acquainted with the area, we invite you to join us on a bus tour around the municipality. How to Book a Ticket The welcome tour is a bus tour offered to new residents of Nyborg Municipality. All new residents will receive an invitation via digital mail, and registration for the tour can be done here on this page. Only dates with available seats are active in the calendar. Tours are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any further questions about the tours, please contact Susanne at the Nyborg Municipal Secretariat by email sun@nyborg.dk or phone +45 6333 6805. Practical Information The new resident tours will run on the following dates: Saturday, June 15th, 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM Saturday, November 23rd, 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM Meeting Place: In front of VisitNyborg, Torvet 2B, 5800 Nyborg (in front of Nyborg City Hall). Nearest parking and public toilet: Nørrevoldgade 9 near the City Hall. On the tours, it is possible to bring a rollator on the bus (however, you must be able to get on the bus yourself via the bus steps), and it is possible to stay on the bus for the entire tour. There is an elevator at Nyborg City Hall upon arrival at the council chamber. If you are unable to attend, please let us know so that others can have a place on the tour.
